At En Pointe Dance Productions, we are thrilled to introduce, the Mini Pirouettes! Designed for aspiring young dancers between the ages of 5 and 8, our Mini Pirouettes Team is the perfect platform for budding dancers to explore the magical world of dance.
Goal:
The main goal of our minis is to introduce young children to the joy of movement and provide a nurturing environment for their early dance development. Our exceptional team of experienced instructors is devoted to fostering a love for dance while cultivating the fundamental skills necessary for future success.
Class Details:
Duration: Mini Pirouette classes take place once a week, with each session lasting an hour, perfectly tailored to the attention span of our young dancers. Class schedule is subject to change according to events, competitions and performances.
Class Size: To ensure individual attention, our classes have limited enrollment, with a maximum of twenty members per class.
Registration: Parents can register their children for the Mini Pirouettes online through our website or by contacting our studio directly. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Program Highlights
Creative Movement
Our minis classes focus on creative movement exercises that help enhance coordination, balance, and spatial awareness. Through imaginative play and storytelling, dancers will learn to express themselves and develop their own unique movements.
Basic Technique
While prioritizing fun and creativity, we also introduce basic dance techniques appropriate for young dancers. These include simple ballet positions, stretches, and introductory movements from various dance styles such as jazz and creative dance.
Performances and Showcases
Throughout the year, our Mini Pirouettes will have the chance to showcase their dancing abilities in low-pressure, age-appropriate performances. These events allow children to gain confidence, show off their progress, and feel a sense of accomplishment.
Musicality
Music plays a crucial role in dance, even for our littlest dancers. During Mini Pirouette classes, children will explore rhythm, musicality, and the joy of moving to different beats and tempos.
Costume Fun
We understand that dressing up is an exciting part of the dance experience. Baby Dance Team members will have the opportunity to wear adorable costumes during special performances and showcase their newfound dance skills to family and friends.

Mini Pirouettes
Monthly fees vary per division and will be conditionally applied to offset travel, competition entry fees, etc. Does not include costumes.
